Description Of Work

Chicago, IL – In March 2011, an ATM malfunction started a fire, causing heavy smoke and extensive damages to 300,000 sq. ft. covering 24 floors of commercial office spaces, common areas, restaurants, and elevator shafts. JCR has a long-term working relationship with the property management group and was called in because of its excellent reputation and past services to other properties. JCR was contacted immediately and was on-site within one hour. A representative from the property management company said, “JCR was unbelievable. As you can imagine, a building full of legal representation can get a little sticky, but JCR was on top of their game and made the process go literally flawless.”

JCR was given a deadline of 21 days to complete all the cleaning, deodorizing, and encapsulation so the tenants could re-occupy the building and perform business as normal. JCR completed the project with additional assistance from other DKI members in 19 days. Crews of 100+ employees worked continuously, not just meeting, but exceeding the expectations of all parties involved.
