Multi-family Community in Victoria, TX
Commercial Water Damage Recovery in Victoria, TX
Description of Work
Victoria, TX – During the devastating Hurricane Harvey that passed through Texas, this community of homes were severely affected by the storm – roof damage, collapsed ceilings, and wind-driven rain. A total of 30 buildings were mitigated, including 116 2-story townhomes, in which all of them suffered at least first-floor damage. Overall damage ranged from collapsed ceilings, full kitchen removals to 2-foot flood cuts and flooring removals. Immediate roof tarping and clearing the areas of dirt and debris occurred, followed by the clearing of contents and installing drying equipment. Demolition down to the studs and encapsulation of all units was performed for future reconstruction of the townhomes.
